A domestic sales and distribution arm created within the Avex group to handle physical product distribution and market logistics for the company’s labels and partners. In practice it functioned as the supply-chain layer for Avex releases—manufacturing/distribution coordination, channel servicing, and related back-office execution—rather than an artist-facing creative label.
