Falco (Super Smash Bros. Series)

The Falco amiibo is part of the Super Smash Bros. Collection, released in late 2015 as part of Wave 7. It represents Falco Lombardi, the ace pilot from the Star Fox series. In the US it was a retailer (Best Buy) exclusive. No such silliness in the rest of the world. It is amiibo figure No. 52 in the Smash line. Notably it was the last non‑DLC Smash amiibo released in the Wii U/3DS era.

The amiibo provides exclusive features in the follow titles:

• Super Smash Bros. for Wii U / 3DS / Ultimate – Train a custom FP fighter that levels up and learns from battles
• Yoshi’s Woolly World – Unlocks a Falco‑themed Yoshi
• Super Mario Maker – Unlocks a Falco Mystery Mushroom costume with Star Fox sound effects
• Star Fox Zero – Unlocks a black Arwing with double damage but half health
• Star Fox Guard – Summons a wave of plane fighters once per day
• Kirby: Planet Robobot – Grants Kirby the Jet ability
• Super Mario Odyssey – Helps locate Power Moons via Uncle amiibo
