Game case comes in larger box, bundled with GBA Link Cable. Compliation includes:

• Dr. Mario (ドクターマリオ) port of Dr. Mario 64
• Yoshi no Cookie (ヨッシーのクッキー) a.k.a Yoshi’s Cookie
• Panel de Pon (パネルでポン) a.k.a. Tetris Attack

The titles were originally from Arcade, Famicom, and Super Famicom were partly based upon previous ports, or adapted ports from the Nintendo 64. This compilation was unreleased outside of Japan.
