The Cyrus amiibo was released in June 2016 as part of the Animal Crossing Collection. It depicts Cyrus, the blue alpaca who specialises in customising furniture at Re-Tail, working alongside his wife Reese. The figure is amiibo No. 66 overall, and one of several Animal Crossing NPCs to receive a dedicated amiibo.

The amiibo provides exclusive features in the following titles:

• Animal Crossing: amiibo Festival (Wii U) – Allows Cyrus to be used as a playable board game character.
• Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer (3DS) – Summons Cyrus to appear in the player’s office, adding dialogue and decorative options.
• Animal Crossing: New Leaf – Welcome amiibo (3DS) – Summons Cyrus via the RV campsite, offering themed furniture items.
• Super Smash Bros. Ultimate (Switch) – Functions as a standard amiibo, granting Animal Crossing series bonuses and spirit support.
• Super Mario Odyssey (Switch) – Via Uncle amiibo, helps locate Power Moons.

The figure is a charming addition to the Animal Crossing amiibo line, tied closely to the Re-Tail shop dynamic. Its release alongside Reese and K.K. Slider created a small sub‑set of amiibo that highlighted the broader cast of NPCs beyond Isabelle and Tom Nook.
