Robinson: The Journey

Robinson: The Journey is a first-person adventure video game developed by Crytek and released in 2016. The game is set on a distant planet in the future, where the player takes on the role of a young boy named Robin who is stranded on the planet after his spaceship crashes. This is one of a very small number of titles not forward compatible with PlayStation 5.

Description

The planet is filled with prehistoric creatures, and Robin must explore the planet to find his missing crewmates and uncover the secrets of the planet. The game also features a robotic companion named HIGS who helps Robin navigate the planet and provides hints and guidance throughout the game. The game features a mix of exploration, puzzle-solving, and survival elements. The player must navigate through the planet’s various environments, including forests, swamps, and mountains, while avoiding dangerous creatures and solving puzzles to progress.

The game is notable for its stunning graphics and immersive gameplay, which makes players feel as if they are truly exploring an alien world. It is released on PlayStation VR, Oculus Rift, and HTC Vive.
