F-Zero

Nintendo’s futuristic racing series known for its high-speed racing, unique characters and settings, difficult gameplay, and original music, as well as for pushing technological limits to be one of the fastest racing games. Players pilot anti-gravity machines like Captain Falcon’s Blue Falcon through twisting, hazard-filled tracks at blistering pace, balancing boosts with energy management. The original title inspired the creation of games such as Daytona USA and the Wipeout series. Though largely dormant since 2004, it returned in 2023 with F-Zero 99, a battle royale twist on the original.
