Microsoft Xbox 360 Hard Drive transfer cable compatible with both original and slim (360 S) hard drive models. A simple USB 2.0 to SATA bridge that supports the proprietary original Xbox HDD connector. Allows you to attach a Xbox 360 hard drive to another Xbox. Was particularly needed if moving over from an original model – you know, no HDMI even – to one of the more modern console revisions.

The earlier revision (SKU X815251-003, model 1457) only supported the original Xbox 360 proprietary hard drive connector. This revision (SKU X812003-001, model 1499) also indicates Xbox 360 Slim compatibility, and has both the proprietary connection and a second industry standard SATA data + power connections. Both revisions saw non-OEM copies released to market.
