Kinniku Banzuke GB2: Mezase! Muscle Champion features multi-event challenges based upon the show in a set of TV-style challenge events. It includes numerous made for TV events, SASUKE-style obstacle courses, and other muscle-competition style tests, turning the show’s obstacle courses and skill challenges into short handheld events.

Most events are simple to understand but fairly strict in execution, usually relying on rapid button pressing, precise timing, or learning the rhythm of each challenge. Rather than offering a long campaign, the game plays more like a record-attack collection: clear the events, improve times or scores, and keep pushing for better results.

Compared with a normal sports game, it feels closer to a compact game-show adaptation, recreating the competitive ridiculous challenge energy of Kinniku Banzuke on a handheld. It also adds support for 1–2 players, making it more social than the first handheld entry. Although it is mainly of interest as a TV tie-in, it was a quirky Konami sports minigame collection that remains quite playable.
