Items classified as Z (18+), by the Japanese Computer Entertainment Rating Organization (CERO). This rating indicates the content is legally restricted to players 18 years of age and over. Introduced alongside the D (17+) rating in the March 2006 revision, they jointly replaced the voluntary 18 and Over (Jūhachi-sai ijō taishō) category.
