Items classified as Restricted 16 (R16) by the New Zealand Classification Office, formerly the Office of Film and Literature Classification (OFLC). An R16 rating indicates the content is legally restricted to persons 16 years of age and over. This classification is legally enforceable under the Films, Videos, and Publications Classification Act.
