Sega: 18

Items classified as 18 (Jūhachi-sai ijō taishō) by the Japanese Sega rating system. An 18 rating indicates the content features mature themes, suggestive situations, or romantic drama intended for players 18 years of age and over. This internal system was used primarily for software on the Sega Saturn and Dreamcast platforms prior to the establishment of the Computer Entertainment Rating Organization (CERO).
