A publishing label used by Accolade for Sega Genesis/Mega Drive releases during the period when some titles shipped without Sega licensing, a practice that helped trigger prominent legal disputes around platform publishing. After the licensing situation was resolved, the Ballistic branding effectively disappeared rather than continuing as a long-term standalone publisher identity.
