Description
BEC (Bandai Entertainment Company) was a joint venture between Bandai and Human. Upon Human’s bankruptcy, it became a subsidiary of Bandai. In 2011 it was merged with Banpresoft to form B.B.Studio, and was later renamed Bandai Namco Forge Digitals.
