An American developer founded by brothers Rand and Robyn Miller, best known for the Myst series and its sequel Riven. The studio pioneered richly atmospheric, pre-rendered adventure worlds and helped popularise CD‑ROM-based interactive storytelling on home computers through its landmark releases.
