Description

I originally played this game on its release and enjoy its simulation elements such as fishing and town building. It’s a classic turn-based RPG delivering a traditional adventure experience steeped in character-driven storytelling and world exploration. Ryu, an orphan drawn into a mysterious journeys across a fantasy realm populated by anthropomorphic allies and foes. Gameplay blends a fairly traditional strategic combat system, a fusion mechanic that augments characters, and a town‑building feature that rewards exploration and resource gathering. The gameplay exhibits a very mature graphical and musical experience on the console, which combined with a great story resulted in a relatively popular JRPG in the west.
