Description
This was a launch game in Japan and was notably developed natively for the Xbox. It was later ported to the other consoles, where it did not do so well.
It provides a graphically detailed open world driving game. Loosely based on a story that joyfully makes little sense, it was really about just enjoying general driving chaos. Lots of physical destruction and arcade physics. Genuinely was a lot of a fun in the early days of the Xbox. It is in some senses a spiritual successor to the Runabout series, another lot of hours of fun.
The sequel, only released in Japan, was notable for being one of the few 720p games for the generation.
