Namtai

Namtai Electronics was a Hong Kong–based manufacturer that specialized in OEM/contract manufacturing for major technology companies, producing devices such as PC peripherals, LCD modules, toys, and gaming accessories. In the early 2000s, Sony contracted Namtai to manufacture the EyeToy camera for the PlayStation 2, one of the company’s more visible consumer products. It has subsequently transformed into a real estate business after the property values in Shenzhen, where it had been operating, soared in the 2000s.
