Description
A 1996 re-release of the original 1995 game, offering significant enhancements for PC players. This edition introduced support for Microsoft Windows 95, while still maintaining compatibility with MS-DOS. It featured improved graphics rendering, two new tracks (Burnt Sienna and Transtropolis), and the addition of a dynamic time-of-day system, enhancing the realism and variety of races. The game also added an in-game soundtrack from console versions. Multiplayer support was expanded to accommodate up to 8 players via LAN or modem. ISBN is 0784506701.
