RGB Video Cable

RGBS video cable for Nintendo consoles. Outputs like a SCART cable but in a different form factor.

Description

Generic RGB video cable for the Super Nintendo/Super Famicom. Outputs analogue RGB signals with a sync signal over composite, plus two audio channels. Provides the best image quality you can get natively. Equals the SCART RGB and Japanese RGB cables. Later Nintendo consoles have limited support. The Nintendo 64 removed RGB output, except for extremely early NTSC revisions. Further, only the PAL GameCube had this function although the digital output is arguably the preferred method for the highest image quality.

The main use of this cable is either with a SNES/SFC or a modded N64 running on a high end CRT display or through a scalar solution.
