Gunforce: Battle Fire Engulfed Terror Island

Appears to be a typical Asian pirated game of the era. Generic PCB supporting a range of configurations but in this case simply contains a single EPROM. Due to the lack of CIC chip it requires an adaptor to boot. The legitimate version should contain PCB SHVC-1A0N-10 with ROM SNS-GU-0 and a CIC D411A.
