Description

Zumba Fitness 2 is the follow‑up to the best‑selling Zumba Fitness game, building on the original’s formula by offering a broader range of routines, enhanced presentation, and new fitness‑tracking tools. Players dance along with Zumba creator Beto Perez and celebrity instructors Tanya Beardsley and Gina Grant, learning and performing routines across more than 20 dance styles. Returning favourites like salsa, merengue, reggaeton, and cumbia are joined by new additions such as Bollywood, axé, bellydance, Latin pop, pasodoble, and flamenco.

The game features 32 new routines choreographed to a mix of Zumba originals and licensed tracks, including Pitbull’s “Pause” (the theme song), Nicole Scherzinger’s “Poison,” and Yolanda Be Cool & DCUP’s “We No Speak Americano.” The game contains a number of new features, including:

• Calorie tracker to monitor workout intensity.
• Customisable playlists in “Full Class” mode.
• Learn the Steps tutorial mode for beginners.
• Multiplayer support for up to four players.
• Five themed environments, from a Miami yacht to a rooftop fitness club.
• Bundled Zumba Fitness belt, allowing players to holster the Wii Remote for hands‑free movement.

The game was later adapted for Xbox 360 Kinect under the title Zumba Fitness Rush (2012), but the Wii version remains the definitive entry for motion‑controlled Zumba workouts.
