Xbox Series X Console (Halo Infinite Limited Edition)
Replaced the launch day Xbox Series X with this edition. Long pre-order period. Internally a stock Xbox Series X – Model 1882.
Bundled in Set
Description
Released just over a year after the original Xbox Series X, this is one of the few limited edition Series X consoles that Microsoft has produced. Its geometric and star field pattern genuinely looked better than the forgettable flat black stock unit. Notably later in the Series X’s life a high-end 2TB configuration was released in ‘Galaxy Black’, with a similar star field effect across the entire body of the console.
Bundled with similar themed Xbox Series controller, a digital licence of Halo Infinite, a minor DLC code for pre-ordering, and a standard power cord and High Speed HDMI cable. Retail price was AU$100 above the original console price, reflecting the inclusion of a Halo Infinite digital licence. The licence was not transferable in that it did not come as an activation key on paper but rather a digital entitlement upon registering the console to a Microsoft account.
