Description
Sega AC Adaptor MK-1636-03 is designed for the Mega Drive 2 and 32X. It has an Australian pin arrangement. Internationally, 32X power supplies were generally 10V/0.85A. However, the model provided with AU/NZ distribution was 9V/0.85A.
Sega has dozens of variations of these adaptors and at some stage a recount/check of what is in this collection needs to be done. For contemporary use, a modern 9V, high amperage power supply (even from a USB-C adaptor) with a splitter would be far better to power the MD/MCD/32X combo.
