Vertical Stand

The Vertical Stand is a simple but highly functional accessory, allowing the PlayStation 4 to be positioned vertically without risk of imbalance. The stand locks into the base of the console so it can’t simply fall over. Further it provides clearance to allow ventilation to maintain the console’s thermal cooling solution.
The ZUH‑ZST2 Vertical Stand is a the second revision of the PS4 stand. It is designed specifically for the PS4 Slim (CUH‑2000 series) and PS4 Pro (CUH‑7000 series) models. The stand’s contoured design matches the dimensions of the Slim and Pro models, ensuring a stable fit and allowing the console to be displayed vertically without compromising balance or cooling.
The only real downside was the stand was sold separately and not included with the console. Microsoft’s mid-generation update to Xbox One design also saw a vertical and horizontal arrangement. And, like Sony, Microsoft also sold a their Xbox Stand separately.
