Description
The GameCube microphone is a simple, plug-and-play accessory that connects to memory card Slot B of the GameCube. It acts like a basic analog audio input. Internally, games use pre-programmed voice recognition algorithms that map waveforms to expected commands. Only six games supported this accessory:
- Mario Party 6 (Japan/NA/PAL, 2004)
- Karaoke Revolution Party (Japan/NA, 2005)
- Odama (Japan, 2005; NA/PAL, 2006)
- Chibi-Robo! (Japan, 2005; NA/PAL, 2006)
- Densetsu no Quiz Ō Ketteisen (Japan, 2005)
- Mario Party 7 (Japan/NA/PAL, 2005)
