Description

Kid Klown in Crazy Chase follows a protagonist who must traverse hazardous environments to rescue a princess from a space pirate. The narrative frames each stage as a race against time where the villain ignites a fuse attached to a large explosive. The player navigates through themed locations such as a city, a forest, and a volcano while evading traps that trigger elaborate physical comedy routines.

The gameplay uses a three quarter diagonal perspective which requires the player to manage momentum and position. The player moves forward constantly and cannot retreat, which increases the difficulty of collecting the four required card suit icons hidden inside balloons. If the player reaches the end of a stage without all four icons, they must restart the level. Each stage concludes with a bonus game or a final interaction with the bomb. This title is often compared to Sonic the Hedgehog due to its emphasis on speed, though its restrictive movement and isometric view provide a different mechanical challenge.
